Integrity in Every Roll-Out.
Founded on the principle of helping neighbors in their toughest moments. We treat your home like our own — because in a town this size, it might as well be.
We Started This Company Because We Were Tired of Watching Neighbors Get Taken Advantage Of.
Too many families in Northeast Texas have called a restoration company at the worst moment of their year, only to be met with a voicemail, a three-day wait, or a bill full of line items no one explained. We started Roller Restorations to be the company we wished existed the first time disaster hit close to home — the kind that answers the phone, tells you the truth, and treats the job like it matters, because it does.
Every technician we hire is trained not just to dry out a room or patch a wall, but to walk a frightened homeowner through exactly what's happening and what happens next. That's not a slogan for us. It's the whole reason this company exists.
Four Things We Won't Compromise On
Speed
Damage spreads by the hour, not the day. We build our dispatch and staffing around getting a technician to your door as fast as physically possible.
Precision
Missed moisture and rushed repairs cause the mold and structural problems that show up six months later. We do it right the first time, every time.
Empathy
You're not "a job ticket" to us. You're a person having one of the worst days of the year, and we treat every interaction with the patience that deserves.
Transparency
No hidden fees, no vague estimates, no pressure tactics. You'll know what's wrong, what it costs, and why — before any work begins.
Serving Our Local Community
Proudly serving the tri-county area with localized response teams for every suburb — because when it's your home on the line, "we'll get there eventually" isn't good enough.

Are your technicians certified?
Every Roller Restorations technician is IICRC-certified (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and undergoes ongoing training as restoration standards and technology evolve.
Do you only handle emergencies, or general repairs too?
Both. While we're best known for 24/7 emergency response, we also handle plumbing, roofing, and general repair work — see our Services page for the full list.
